CA. Sumer Chand Garg

A commerce graduate and merit holder, he qualified as a chartered accountant in the year 1974 and has ever since advised a large number of clients ranging from diverse industries such as Textiles, Agriculture, Chemicals, Consulting & Real Estate to name a few, on matters involving Audit, Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange management laws, Service Tax, Direct & Indirect Taxation and business advisory.

His experience of around 39 years has been a huge asset to the firm since inception. He is the founding partner of the firm.

CA Sidharth Garg

A B.Com (H) graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University , he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 and qualified as an Information Systems Auditor in 2005 and has ever since been associated with the firm

He has previously worked with KPMG in Delhi with their Corporate Tax & Regulatory practice.

His areas of expertise include Auditing, Corporate Direct Taxation (Domestic & International), Business & Transactional Advisory, Service Tax and specialized audits of Banks, Insurance companies, co-operative societies etc
